Refund and Returns Policy

At Fig Freak, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us at support@figfreak.com right away so we can assist you. While we don’t accept returns, we’re committed to ensuring you are completely happy with your purchase. If you’re completely dissatisfied, and we can’t find a replacement tree for you, we’ll gladly issue a refund for the affected items.

Fig Trees

As live plants are delicate during shipping, we do not accept returns for fig trees. Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase. There is a transaction fee associated with accidental orders and cancellations that were not initiated by Fig Freak support.

If you receive the wrong quantity or incorrect varieties, contact us at support@figfreak.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll promptly send the correct items.

In the rare event that a fig tree is damaged during transit, we’ll gladly send a replacement if we have the variety in stock, or we will refund you for any trees that didn’t make it.

If a fig tree dies within 30 days of receiving it, simply contact us, and we’ll happily replace or refund the tree.

Late or missing shipments

If you haven’t received your tree yet, first check the tracking link emailed to you.

If it is still in transit, please wait a few days as sometimes tracking is slow to update and it is still on it’s way.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your order yet, please contact us at support@figfreak.com.

Shipping returns

Our facility is free of diseases and pests so returns of plants are not accepted.
